"Solid restringing if you don’t mind a short wait"
I got my racquet restrung here and overall had a good experience. The tension felt pretty much right on when I picked it up, and after one hit the strings settled in nicely. It did take a little longer than I expected, so I’d say plan ahead if you need your racquet back for a match or league night. But in terms of quality, I was happy with the work and would go back.

"Pretty good stock most of the time"
I was actually able to find the tennis strings I needed here when, like, a few other shops were completely out of them. One of the colours I wanted wasn’t available, which was a bit annoying, but there were still plenty of other options to choose from. Delivery was fine too, no real issues there. I’d probably check here again next time.

I’ve ordered from Stringer Sports a few times now, and the loyalty rewards are useful. The points built up faster than I thought, and using them on my last order was simple enough. That said, I was a little disappointed because the discount didn’t feel as worthwhile as I’d hoped once I actually applied it. Still, it’s a nice bonus if you’re buying sports gear regularly, and the site is easy enough to use...

I went in with the usual assumption that I’d be pointed toward whatever setup was easiest or most expensive, especially since I didn’t really know what strings or tension I needed for my racquet. But the staff member actually took the time to walk me through the options in a way that made sense, without overcomplicating it.
I ended up going with their recommendation, and straight away it felt much better on court. You can usually tell when someone’s just guessing, but this felt like they’d seen the same pattern plenty of times before and knew what would work. No hard sell either, which I really appreciated. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Racquet came out just how I wanted"
I got my racquet customised through stringersports.com.au and the whole thing was really easy from start to finish.

I wanted a bit more weight in the handle and a fresh string setup, and they actually paid attention to what I was asking for. The racquet feels much better now, more solid but still nice and easy to swing.
Turnaround was quick as well. I did have to send one extra email with a question, but they replied without any fuss. Really useful service and I’d happily use them again...

"Not really worth the price"
I ordered this from Stringer Sports and, to be honest, I left feeling a bit disappointed. The item itself was okay, but for the price I expected it to feel better quality or at least a bit more worthwhile. Shipping was fine and nothing went wrong there, but the whole experience felt impersonal, like there wasn’t really a real person on the other end. Overall, I just don’t think it’s great value for the money.
